Me and my husband Berk are medical doctors who live in Izmir, Turkey. I am doing my residency in Surgical Pathology and Berk is a Forensic Meidicine specialist. I got the travelling bug when I lived in the United States for a year as an exchange student with a great host family. I met a lot of people from all around the world in my exchange year and have been trying to visit as many places as possible since then. I met Berk the second year of med school and since then he has been my best travel buddy.

We love to travel the world and learn new cultures and languages as much as we can. Also we believe that meeting with people from other cultures expands our vision of life.

Intereses

We are friendly and world citizens. We love meeting new people all the time. We are MDs, so I love everything about medicine. Other than that I am a competing athlete, I am a swimmer, a volleyball player and a basketball player. Berk used to be a professional volleyball player. Doing sports is one of the most important things in our lives.
We are wannabe-globetrotters, trying to visit as many places as possible one by one. Travelling and learning new cultures is my greatest desire. We travel as much as our professions let us (It's usually hard to get vacation days when you're a doctor)

We love photography, we have been sharing our captures from all over the world with everyone.

I am interested in learning new languages on my own and travelling makes it a lot easier.

I am a book worm. I try to create time to read all kinds of novels. I'm a huge fan of Jean Christophe Grange and Jodi Picoult.
