I am a 23 year old Master student in Film at Leiden University, Netherlands.

I graduated from the Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies Department at the University of Makedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece.
I love films and usually look at them as aesthetic products that fullfill my interests. I also am interested in literature, history and, of course, music.

I have not travelled a lot in my life and that is something that I want to change. My Master programme and the permanent move to Netherlands will probably give me the chance to work on that!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

At first I was slowly tempted by the idea from my buddy who was doing his Erasmus on Amsterdam. He encouraged me to try couchsurfing as a mean of meeting new people and getting to know the places you visit from the ''inside''. Specifically, I am interested on couchsurfing for the experience itself as I will be living in Leiden for the next couple of years and I would like to begin my journey with the idea of hanging around with people who already know the city.

I think it depends on the situation. The idea of meeting new people from different cultures and new ways of experiencing life is exciting enough for me to bring out the best of myself.

One thing that's for certain is that I respect the people I am with and always take good care of my own space.
