Hi, i live with my father on acerage in the otways (Gellibrand), i am into sustainable living and green technology. I have only recently moved back to vic from darwin where i lived for 15 years and want to re explore south west victoria as i have not seen it since i was young.

I have done a lot of traveling throughout Australia and visited 4 other countries, i want to increase this number.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures, the house i live in has 2 spare bedrooms and is central to the otways, it is on small acerage with creek frontage and lots of places to go for a walk near by. I wish to use couchsurfing to netwok with others and share my time exploring my area. I work a roster which gives me 6 weeks on 6 weeks off so i have time to kill.

Interests

Sustainable living, just went solar and i am designing and building new hothouses for my property, i plan to make a tropical garden in one for winter ☺.

Im an advocate for hemp and medical cannabis, i have an ever growng library on medicinal plants and herb law.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a reliable vehicle and if i host someone i will make myself available to take them around the otways and the great ocean road.

I am learning the local tourist spots again, my father worked for national parks and has a wealth of local knowledge on the area to draw on.
