I must admit that it is very hard to describe myself out of the blue by using sterile adjectives or common places. Let's say that I am a young folk who enjoys a lot being around people and widen its knowledge of the world day after day. Real-life experience play a central role in my life and i try to be always positive and up for new experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a convinced endorsed of sharing economy platform and sharing practices that are not profit-driven and aimed at creating common experiences that go beyond futile economic and monetary drives.

I expect to meet every sort of people through this platform and I just love the idea of seeing this happening. I firmly believe that meeting new people everyday or getting to know the same people more and more on a daily basis is the most self-enriching experience possible. And I look forward to seeing it happen in my life as I travel the world and host other travelers to my house.

Interests

My academic and professional career is generally oriented toward environmental, social and historic studies. I normally tackle these themes from a geographic perspective as well, trying to look at the relationships between people and lands.

As for hobbies, I love reading, listening and playing music, spending time in green spaces, hang out in urban environments with people, attending any sort of social events and watching movies and several sports.

This is very difficult for me. Too many are the books, songs and movies that I liked a lot and that changed my life forever. Therefore, I can only try to give a short list of some authors/directors/music genres that have had a strong impact on me. Personally, I expect to update this list every two minutes from now on:
