About Me
Hi!
My name is Ágnes but my friends call me Ági.
I'm an infectuosly positive person. I'm passionate about writing, music, festivals, and seeing the world in all of its splendor.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Growing up, I traveled all around Europe with my family. Now that I'm an "adult" (on paper, at least) I want to continue exploring, but while meeting locals and making friends as I go. In the spring of 2018 I will be traveling through California, looking for adventure.
Interests
I like long conversations about music, travel, adventures, fashion, feminism, and art. I'm crazy about modern and contemporary architecture, and interior design.
I am a budding embroidery artist, and I carry something to stitch whereever I go - you can check out some of my work on Instagram @urban.sorceress.embroidery. My other hobbies include analogue photography, reading, collecting art books, vinyl records and cassette tapes.

Music, Movies, and Books
Living in Budapest, it was inevitable that I would fall down the underground music scene's rabbit hole. I enjoy all kinds of different genres, from indie through psychedelic and desert rock to mainstream pop.
I enjoy road movies, documentaries, and stories that will make you question what life really is about.
My all time favorite book is The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, but I also really enjoy the works of Haruki Murakami, Milan Kundera and Patti Smith.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Though I'm not really talented in the kitchen, I have this odd thing about washing the dishes and cleaning up - I love it! So if you are a cooking wizard, we might just be the perfect team!
