Overview
About Me
I am a open-minded and easy-going person. I'm from Spain where I studied Social Work until I moved to Czech Republic to take part in the European Voluntary Service! One of the reasons I liked living in CZ was that I had a lo of opportunities to travel and meet people from around the globe. Afterwards I moved back again to Spain where I obtained my master degree in Feminist Studies and I'm currently living in Almería working as a social worker.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard about CS for a long time, but I've decided to join now because I want to know people from around the world.
Interests
I love movies and books. I am a passionate reader and I love the audivisual world. I'm always up to learn new things about art history or literature.
I love to know cultures around the world. In fact, I'm studying Anthropology and I am really interested in Latin American and North American culture.
Aaaaand finally, I love art and lenguages. I can spend a whole day in a museum or listening anyone who knows about it and I looooooove to learn new words in different languages so if you're fluent in a lenguage I don't know about just be ready to have me asking you a lot.
I am REALY commited with gender equality, LGBTQ+ Rights and social justice in general, so if you like this topics we can have great discussions :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like a wide range of music, but at the moment I can say I am so into spanish and latin american folk/songwriters music and, on the other hand, 60's/70's/80's rock and punk rock. I am in love with Patti Smith. However, I like all types of music so I usually don't have problems with that.
Movies: I can't really choose but....The fight club, V for Vendetta, Cinema Paradiso, Frances Ha, Suffragette, every movie Xavier Doland has made, Paris is burning, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Thelma and Louise...
Books: I'm convinced everyone should read at least once in their lives Momo and Mathilda. Cortázar, Alejandra Pizarnik, Marjane Satrapi, Virginia Woolf, Federico García Lorca...are one of my favourite authors. I usually read book about feminism and LGTBQ+ topics (my top ones: Bad feminist, Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries (STAR): Survival, Revolt, and Queer Antagonist Struggle, Cansadas, Historia y análisis político del lesbianismo, Who Cooked Adam Smith's Dinner?: A Story About Women and Economics).
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to cook some easy vegetarian recipes! Also I can teach you spanish, and give you recommendations about my country and Czech Republic (although I lived there just 10 months, I know really cool places).
I would like to learn more of your culture, countries you've visited...I think I can learn a lot from everyone just listening their stories. Also if you know english, czech or any other language I will be so happy if you teach me a bit!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can invite you to a drink or cook something for you! :)
