wow writing about yourself is odd. okay well basically i was born in bulgaria and at the age of 2 my parents decided to move to South Africa and now im currently a student at the university of stellenbosch, working towards a degree in chemistry and polymer science :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

my 2 best friends and i wanted to do a euro-trip for our 21st birthdays so we stumbled on the couch-surfers website and i=we thought it was amazing! it basically gives you the opportunity to show off your country, meet new people and make lifelong friends. definitely something worth experiencing :)

Interests

i love love love the beach and have always been interested in learning how to surf, so i'll definitely give that a go this year!
I'm love going on spontaneous road trips and discovering new places with friends and petty much just having a good time. I enjoy being active and having people around :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Can't pin point my favorite of any one of those. my taste in music varies depending on what mood i'm in, it can go from james bay to one direction to RHCP in one day. I'm quite a sucker for fantasies so the Harry Potter series is a definite favorite and then the casual romance novel/book every now and then. (One Day by David Nicholls is a must read!)

Well my whole family is Bulgarian, that's pretty much just my mom, brother, dad and I so expect Bulgarian home cooked dishes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cape Town is amazing. I usually get a holiday job every December and the mall by the beach is packed with tourists who have all told me countless times that Cape Town is their favorite place to visit and how lucky us Cape Townians are to live here, i hope i can share this place with you so that you lot can love it as much as we do :)
