About Me

Hey,

I'm a 26 years old french traveler, working in the field of European projects. Thanks to my position I travel regularly to cities around Europe. Through my studies I had the chance to live in different places around the world (UK, Slovenia, Mexico, Latvia) and discover their culture. It's always a pleasure to be surprised by local customs and traditions. I like having insights from locals about their country and experience fully their culture and region.
Meeting new people, getting good vibes and discovering the natural wonders of the regions are my main goals in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting people from different horizons to share some opinion and insights about the places and culture.
Thanks to these meetings, I really witness the good and open mind-ness of people, which is always positive in our world.
Meeting locals is also the best way to get tips about their city and understand the organization of their country.

Interests

I'm constantly following political and geopolitical news from the world. Discussing global and local issues is also one of my passion, it helps me practice my argumentation and also stay open minded.
I used to play tennis for more than 10 years. It's one of the few sport I like to follow, handball included.
I'm also a huge fan of music, listening to jazz, reggae, rock. I also really appreciate electronic music like techno, house, even more underground and harder styles. Partying in club and listening to live music in venues is my main activity on week-end.
I tried reggaeton in Mexico, but it's definitely not for me (maybe here stops my open mindness).
I spend a good amount of time reading, from novels to scientific books, it a perfect way to escape from my daily life.
I also play video games.

Music, Movies, and Books

Every Tarantino movies. Love this style of story-telling which is unpredictable and mind blowing. I'd also recommend the Happy! serie (Netflix).
George Orwell books for their criticism of our society.

Laurent Garnier's book "Electrochoc" telling the story of electronic music from it's debut and delievering some insights of this industry. His music is also really inspiring for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I taught English to a blind teenager. We mostly discussed various subjects. It allowed me to better understand this disability and the enhanced abilities of blind people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do wood carving, mostly with knifes but also with bigger gear. I would love to learn more about capentry/joinery, anything related to wood really.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a good cook, I love to chat about everything.
