About Me

I'm an Italian student attending the faculty of Medicine and Surgery...
Typically female and typically Italian... (maybe not so typical?!)

My philosophy is:
1) "Not all those who wander are lost"...
2) "Surround yourself with people who make you happy. People who make you laugh, who help you when you are in need. People who would never take advantage of you. People who genuinely care. They are the ones worth keeping in your life. Everyone else is just passing through. (Karl Marx)"
3) "Every person you meet is fighting a battle of which you know nothing about. Be gentle. always" (Plato)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because i love the meaning behind this activity: I think it's very reassuring to think that the world is not all bad and evil and that there is someone willing to open up the doors of his home for free (of course, being realistic, even the economic impacts affects my decision)... ---> "People who make you laugh, who help you when you are in need. People who would never take advantage of you. People who genuinely care."

Interests

I love science, doing sports, healty lifestyle, beauty, fashion, music, movies and, of course...travel is one of my biggest passion!
Italian blood runs in my veins: despite all that we have negative (and I admit) and clichés, I'm strongly patriotic and I deeply love my country and my roots!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy to listen to music: every single genre of it! In my iPod you can find: metal, pop, electronic, reggae, classical music, tons of rock....... MOST IMPORTANT THING is to dance!
I love reading, so i really can't arrange a list of my favorite books...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) A trip to Thailand to celebrate my 18th birthday: that was my very first experience in Travel.
2) I find love.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't feel to be very talented, maybe because I believe that you never stop learning! On the other hand I understand and I learn quickly, so come on teach me something: it will make you unforgettable to me ... You can start helping me to improve my English!
In life I promise myself i'll learn to play guitar and to sing(no ok, just kidding, this is a hopeless case)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share meals and have conversation to compare and learn some more about our countries and cultures
We could share spare time, picnics, shopping, sports, cooking...
I would like to live this experience without being considered "opportunistic"... I do not seek only a roof to sleep under for free but also generous people (generous of space and time) who wants to donate a bit of himself... Also, I love children and dogs (got 2 awesome "puppies" at home: Argo and Eva), so "family" chaos does not bother me!
:)
