I am publishing craftsman, with old machines of printing office, I make books of poetry, sometimes travels France to sell them, organize readings and lives all this as a beautiful adventure. I have at the same time an activity employee in an administrative printing office, because the poetry does not make live necessarily economically. I am married, I have two almost grown-up maintaining children, my wife is a ceramist for 20 years. She makes in her workshop a pottery of the everyday life colored in varnished gray.
We live in the countryside in a big very bright wooden house.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I imagine the journeys only on the meeting of others!
It is the very good formula that to be able to live some time to the other one, welcome him(her,it), discover and reveal its small recipes to live, the customs of each, good (places), etc.

Interests

books of course because I make it, because I am a reader.
The artistic exhibitions, the cinema, the music, I listen to my trendy vinyl rock blues, I begin moreover to take my first courses of harmonica.
We practise bike, the region lends itself to it, at the foot of Vercors, we try to eat at the most local products even organic, we like welcoming musicians at our home(with us) for some small concerts...

Music, Movies, and Books

Mister Wim Wenders in the cinema, I saw Paris-Texas at least 10 times!
I read of the poetry, thrillers, novels, I try to discover new little mediatized authors.
My discotheque(record collection) is a music mixture of the world. Lhasa, Tarantella, Folk song Gypsy, Atahualpa Yupanqui, Rolling Stones, Jean Ferrat, of the jazz, the jazz gipsy etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The creation of ours workshops, the construction of the place and the animations which we can organize there (concerts, readings, events etc.).
Brilliant to welcome groups of musicians, to invent parties !!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to share my passions while remaining open to the culture of others.
We are lucky enough to practise beautiful creative jobs. We like making them discover.
Cook in another country, another house, another tradition... It would enjoy me well to come back from journey having learnt and made a local dish(flat)!
