I'm Sharon, a student from Groningen who's travelling along with Michael Boersma and Mark van Nieuwenhoven.

We're going to hitchhike from Barcelona to Amsterdam, while documenting the trip to make a web-series out of it. We're trying to beat another team by reaching Amsterdam before they do.

We're looking forward to meeting new people, experiencing new things and creating new memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are planning to hitchhike from Barcelona to Amsterdam via Lyon, Basel, Luxemburg and Antwerp, while documenting the entire trip for a school assignment. The goal is to beat another team that's doing the same thing, by returning to Amsterdam before they do.

An additional challenge we've given ourselves is to spend as little money as possible, which is why we would really benefit from a place to sleep instead of having to spend the night in a ho(s)tel.
