Our names are Julia, 25y and Max, 27y. Julia studies Literature and Philosophie at Cologne Uni, Max makes his PHD in Biology in Jülich.
We travelled through Australia together and moved in togehter in May 2015.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

In Australia we did Help Exchange which is a bit like Couchsurfing: you do simple work for the people you're staying with. It was the best way to get to know Australians!

兴趣

We love nature and being in the country side. We go hiking in the area around Cologne (Siebengebirge or Eifel) when we need to relax from the stressful city life since we both grew up in small villages.
That's why we spent our last holiday in Sweden where we had a great time in the area of Värmland.

Max likes to go fishing and grows plants on our terrace. His pets are different ant colonies which live in our flat on a selfmade concrete slab.

Julia loves to spend time on flea markets or shopping malls just like every girl does. If there is time she enjoys sewing bags and other stuff or creating decorations for our flat. She also just started to paint in watercolour.
