My name is Edgar Quintero, I`m 29 years old and I'm from Mexico.

I have too bachelors one of Commercial Airplane Pilot and International Trade. I'm a quiet guy who enjoy having a good talk with new people. I really enjoy the nature and I'm a pet lover, specially I like dogs. My hobbies are going out to take a nice walk around the city, going to the movies, listening to music, playing soccer, going to concerts and sports events and going out to chill on a bar. I really enjoy to go to funpark and get a ride on a roller coasters.
I love to travel and discover new places and landscapes, specially historic places or going into the nature (rivers, lakes, woods, etc.) I really enjoy meeting new places, new cultures and obviously meeting new people (specially when I have the chance to have a good talk with them).
I consider myself as a enthusiastic and easygoing man.
Right now I'm traveling around Germany, my next stop is the Oktoberfest in Münich. But before I go back to Mexico I want to travel around Italy and Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well a friend of mine told me about this website and she recommend it to me. She had travelled by couchsurfing and she had great experiences through it.
So I decided to join it, because it sounds to be the best way to get closer to the people and its culture of those places your visiting. Also because I really enjoy knowing new people and talk with them, because it gives you the opportunity to learn so much about their points of view and their own experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I find really hard to choose my favorite movies, music, artists, etc. because I really enjoy all kind of music and talking about books and movies there`s a lot of movies that I really like, however I can tell that my favorite music might be classic rock in english but also in spanish. But I enjoy all kind of music, from jazz to hip hop, electro, etc. Specially I really like to discover new traditional music from around the world.

Talking about movies I don't have a specially gender however my favorite movies are those ones who has a special philosophy, message or that transmit you some kind of learning. Also those movies who put your mind to work so you can figure out the plot of the movie. And it happens the same when I think about a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing tihing I consider I have done is flying airplanes but also I include doing parachuting once.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share all my travel stories and listen to others stories. Also talk about the differences between my culture and others countries cultures, from language, traditions but also ways of thinking. I would also like to learn at least some words of another language. If you like airplanes for sure we can have a nice talk about it I can share with you everything that I've learned about it.

I really like to make new friends so I would share what I am as a friend for sure offer my house if they decided to visit me at Mexico. And all my life experiences not only the travel experiences but what I have learned about life in my 28 years of life. So I would love to interchange points of view about it!!!!
