I am new to Europe and keen on travelling. I call Luxembourg home since April 2015. I might not have grown up here but know enough about the country/city to tell you what you can see and what is worth your time. It helps that the country is small enough for you to see in a day or two.
Most of my travelling has been restricted to India - which is where i moved from to work here. My idea of travelling in India involved mainly moving around cities on motorcyles, spending a night or two at every city. This combined my love for both motorbikes as well as exploring new cities.

I love interacting with people, finding out about them and their cultures and just exchanging stories. I love to talk (and maybe a little lesser , but also to hear)
I work quite a bit at the moment but in my spare time you will find me trying to upgrade my cooking skills , reading books (too many good ones and just one life) or maybe just hanging out with friends.

Because there isn't a better way to know a place than to meet its people and hear their stories.
A friend of mine , during one of our many dreamy eyed philosophical conversations, told me that we humans interact to exchange stories. What is the point she said, if you were to live life and not be able to exchange those feelings with another human being - if only to bear witness to your existence.
"What are we , but for our stories" - she said. Since then, I have fallen in love with the concept of meeting people to know a place better.
I cannot remember my last vacation when i sipped pina coladas on the beach!

i have eclectic choice when it comes to music . I listen to classic rock, and some new age tracks as well. I also have an ear for hindi and sufi/urdu music, especially from Pakistan.
I am sorry, but i refuse to judge books :) . Okay well, maybe 50 shades of grey - now that is just bad!

Traveled the leh-ladakh Highway;world's most dangerous motorable road. This has been and will continue to remain the most memorable travel experience. The trip involves riding your motorcycle through 535 km of pure nature with no access to petrol stations, mechanics or a cellular network. It's just you, your machine and the hope of Completing the journey-but then again, you don't want it to end. During this entire time , approximately 2-3 days, you will cross rivers, travel through snow capped passes between mountains, go through a cold desert and a face winds of speeds 80-100 km/hr. We were lost in the cold desert one of the nights and just barely managed to survive. There wasn't a more pertinent moment when I realized how alive I was. And thankful for being able to do that road trip with my closest friends.

A double bed, hot water, and a kitchen . since i live with two other flat mates (individual bedrooms), we generally have enough food around as well should that be the need of the hour. Just don't expect caviar and champagne!
I can also help with logistics within reasonable means - how to get around , etc!
