About Me

Hey guys, I'm 26, originally from Cologne (I live in Aachen, though) and I study German and English. If you need someone to show you around (either in Cologne or Aachen), let me know!
I'm traveling through Argentina right now though, so I won't be able to host you at this moment.

Interests

Traveling (...obviously), hiking, painting or art in general, cooking, partying or going out with friends.
insoend almost every weekend in Cologne, as the opportunities to have fun are manifold there. In summer, I love to go to open air parties and to dance in the sun all day and continue dancing all night (preferably in Odonien).
I love animals, I love nature, but I also enjoy the city with all its different opportunities to see new things and meet many people. And I do like to stay at home sometimes and watch a movie or a TV series and just have a quiet evening.
One more thing: I am crazy about Karneval, so if you happen to be in Cologne during that time just let me know and I'll show you around!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: everything from Alternative to Electro (so from Little Dragon to Jai Paul, James Blake, Kwes, SBTRKT, Ghostpoet, Gold Panda to Bibio, Foals, Bombay Bicycle Club to Glass Animals, from Kölsch to Ratatat, Marek Hemmann, Claptone, Dominik Eulberg to Andhim and so on).

Movies: also a diverse taste - no horror movies or scary stuff like that (and I do consider The Lord of the Rings to be scary), but also no shallow romantic comedy stuff...I like movies that are different and unpredictable.
I mostly watch TV-series though (my favorite ones being Shamelss, Malcolm in the Middle, Switched at Birth, Friends and, of course, Game of Thrones).

Books: I just love fantasy novels and children's books, but also classics or just whatever sounds fun to read (Neil Gaiman, Jane Austen, J.K. Rowling)
