Hey! I'm Si Ning. I am a 19 year old student from the United States. I was born and raised in upstate NY (no, not the city) but am now going to school out in Salt Lake City, UT. Ever since moving out to Utah I have caught travel fever and feel the urge to explore the ins and outs of the countries around the world!

I am just getting into traveling and want to enjoy an authentic experience when I visit different countries. I feel like the best way for me to do that is to see my destinations through the eyes of the locals who live there! For me, Couchsurfing is a way to meet new people, make new friends, and truly enjoy all the experiences each destination has to offer!

Intereses

I am active and love to spend all of my time outdoors! As a student, I'm always busy, whether with studying or working, but I can always make time to go on an adventure! I am passionate about skiing and the snow and mountains here in Utah make me feel right at home.
I am very interested in learning about different cultures and immersing myself in all the different cultures across the world. I love new experiences and am never afraid to try something new or crazy!

Music: I love alternative music! But I am open to listening to anything really :)
Movies: Anything but horror films. I'm a scaredy cat.
Books: Honestly, I wish I had more time to read. But I love all books whether they are educational or fictional!

I have been to Italy for Junior Worlds for Freestyle Skiing. Although skiing was, hands down, the best I have ever experienced in these two countries, I would love to return and spend more time exploring these places off of the mountain!

Teach: I LOVE to teach pretty much anything. If you are willing to learn :)

Learn: "You learn something new every day" is a motto that I live by. So teach me something new! I will enjoy every second of it.

Share: Whatever your heart wishes! As a host, I can share my knowledge of Salt Lake City. And as a guest, what's mine is definitely yours!
