Hi! I am Rodrigo González, i am Chilean, 21 years old and I am studying Geology Degree in Universidad de Chile (on 4th year), i am finishing my degree in 2 more years (yeah it's a very long degree!) and I'm looking forward to study abroad in Canada in 2016 for a semester, also when I graduate from University I will study a PhD related to Paleontology in Japan, i hope!. I have been interested in meeting different cultures for the last years, that is why I have the desire to travel to different countries and meet them all! I define myself as a very respectful, friendly and motivated person who likes meet new people, share beautiful moments and have fun! See you in my next trip!

My native lenguaje is Spanish but i have been studing English all my life so I have a good english proficiency, I guess I can easily communicate in almost every situation. Also in March 2015 I started studing Japanese, so I have basic understanding and speaking skills, and I can write and read in Hiragana and Katakana.

As I'm studying in a region far from where my family lives I'm renting a small room and living alone so unfortunately I'm unable to host guest, I hope when I have a bigger place I will be able to show how beautiful Chile is to foreign people!

Music (I worked for 2 years as a soundman in events and in a Recording Studio, also I play the piano and guitar), nature, geology, dinosaurs (as I want to be a Paleontologist), food, different cultural heritages, photography and meeting the different ways to live far from my home Chile.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorites genres of music are acoustic songs and piano solos, but I also like pop and electro-pop.
My favorite bands and singers are Against the Current, Boyce Avenue, Alex Goot and Kurt Schneider, all of them singers/musicians of acoustic and pop songs in Youtube, and Ed Sheeran. My favorites pianists are Yiruma and Ludovico Einaudi.
