About Me
Hello everybody!
I'm Angelo, I come from northern Italy, though part of my family is from the south.
I grew up in a small town and now i live in Milan with my girlfriend Giulia.
I'm a friendly and curious person and i like to meet new people and discover new places and i'm always looking for somebody to talk with.
I'm an Electrical Engineer who discovered the amazing world of 3D printing: it's my job and one of my biggest passions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here because since i discovered Couchsurfing reading a book written by a friend of mine, i realized i was already doing Couchsurfing visiting and hosting friends in and from many countries.
So why don't do it in the official way?
Interests
I have many interests as well as my job:
Travels: I traveled most of the countries of Europe and a tiny part of the world outside and i still have a long list of goals to reach. My backpack is always ready and i move as soon as i can.
Cooking: I love cooking since i was child with my grandmother, i love the italian cousine and i love to discover new tastes and ingredients.
Outdoor sports: Snowboarding that i practice since 2010, SCUBA diving, Camping, Trekking and everything can be done in the nature.
I talk about my passions on my blog: www.angelodangelo.com (at the moment only in italian language)

Music, Movies, and Books
I like to listen music, i like most Hip-hop and r'n'b.
I love most TV series than movies, my favourites are: Breaking Bad, CSI, Lost, Dexter, Scrubs, and many many more.
I like history and scientific books, and obviously travel guides.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After my graduation (the same day of my birthday), i travelled around SouthEast Asia for two very intense months with my girlfriend Giulia: it was an amazing trip among Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos, discovering enormous cities and amazing natural landscapes, scuba diving, temples and ruines, street food every day and dozens of beautiful people met on along the way.
Teach, Learn, Share
Most of my thoughts are about food. As italian is in my DNA. I'm not a professional chef, but i'm very very passionate (even going so far to do the casting for the TV program Masterchef), and while i'm traveling i love to discover the local food. Let's share some good tips!
I speak a medium/good english, but i always try to make it better, and i like to know new languages.
Don't ask me to talk you about 3D printing: i could start to talk for hours and hours.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As engineer i'm always ready to fix a broken lamp or other electrical devices, make an hole to the wall and hook a paint, or jobs like this: just give me couple of tools!
Obviously i will be honored to cook and share a real italian dinner with my hosts.
