About Me

I love travelling and exploring. I might seem shy at first but that wont last long and I love to meet new people and immerse myself in different cultures. I find every experience in different countries showing me different aspects of myself and those around me, I love trying out different cuisines and different art from different countries. I hope I get to travel every country in the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite books...there are so many but I guess I love Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse 5 and God Bless You Mr Rosewater, also Animal Farm by George Orwell, On the Road by Kerouac as well as Dharma Bums, The Catcher in the Rye by Salinger and Surely you must be joking Mr Feynman by Richard P Feynman.

Movies I really like a lot of movies I love big blockbuster movies to like quiet indie movies, I really think a movie that spoke to me was the Squid and the Whale, I love Tarantino as well and I love David Fincher movies (though I haven't seen them all).

Music I really really love a lot of genres I listen to The Beatles all the way till Vampire Weekend. I really like indie music, though for a bad day there is always ACDC.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a year travelling around my home country India. During that year me and my friend bag-packed all across the state of Himachal Pradesh where we trekked up tiny villages on the fringes of the Himalayas. In that same year I stayed with an NGO in Auroville in Pondicherry and planted trees for two weeks. Once I started college the travelling didn't end, I went to the Andaman Islands and went scuba diving during a cyclone. I travelled to small villages around Rajasthan with an NGO and taught them about a new policy that they could avail.

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
