Hi! I’m Sofía, a mexican student, publicist, youtuber and a traveler when I can.
I love meeting new people, take photos and videos of everything, eat delicious food (well, who doesn’t?), music, wine and beers, and learn new things about culture and lifestyle. I’m the kind of girl who doesn’t mind making a fool of herself in public, and also I’m the DJ at every party, so I apologize if you ever get to feel embarrased by my attitudes or my music haha but I promise you will have fun with me!

When I travel I like to do it more in a local way, not only the tourist typical things. I really enjoy being with local people and let them show me the city, the food and the culture, but sometimes I’d like to be alone too :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last summer I was an Au Pair in Spain, near to Barcelona. So I was using couchsurfing a lot cause I wanted to meet new people there! But I'm currently in Mexico City, so I only use this sometimes to hang out and show my city to all the travelers!

Couchsurfing experience:

I've been hosted once by a girl in Valencia, and actually we’re good friends now. I've also hosted two girls from USA , I met a girl from Kuwait in Paris, and a group of friends from Chile, Germany, Spain and USA in Mexico City, all this thanks to Couchsurfing! I’m looking forward to share more stories, make friends and hang out!

I live in a small apartment with my roomies so I'm only able to host one person, cause there's not enough space.

Music, Movies, and Books

I could talk all day long about music and festivals cause I really love them, but the space here is not enough to write about it so let’s just say that my taste in music is really mixed, like I can listen to rock and then rap and then pop and then indie and so on... Oh and I dance to everything.

Movies: I just don’t like horror movies. They put me in a bad mood and with negative vibes that I don’t really need. Everything else is good :)
