One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my undergrad years, I went to a conference with a group of friends in Southeastern part of Turkey, and instead of following the sessions and making our presentations, we visited the region for 5 days, and told the university that we got sick and had to stay in hospital.
Never regretted using the university's funds for a short vacation with friends.

In 1494, Treaty of Tordesillas was signed and South American was partitioned between European states, mostly Portuguese taking the East part, and Spanish the West.
