Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I think meeting locals is the best way to experience a new place. I have many friends and relatives who have used couchsurfing and absolutely loved it. I want to meet people from all over the world, share experiences, culture and food and hopefully create great memories and friendships.

I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, I would say my favorites genres are classic rock, funk and hip hop.

My favorite directors are Wes Anderson and David Lynch. I really enjoy watching documentaries as well.

I like reading autobiographies, dystopian novels and funny books.

(I don't mean to be so general but I have a hard time picking favorites, who doesn't?)

I moved to Hanoi from the US never having traveled abroad alone before. I didn't know anyone there and did not speak a single word of Vietnamese. I was so nervous at first but I ended up making some amazing friends and pushing myself completely out of my comfort zone. It was a life changing experience.
