I live with my husband Celio and our two sons (10 and 4 years old) in Tenerife in Puerto de la Cruz. I am a spanish and german teacher at my own little language school.. I love to meet people of different nationalities and learn about their culture, food, music and way of living. I travel whenever it is possible, but if I have to stay home I like the idea to invite a little piece of the world into my house and share and learn from each other.... I think I´m open minded and positive and I always try to make the best out of every situation..

Interests

I love hiking and being in nature in general, also in my garden cultivating veggies. The whole family we are surfers (except the 2 year old ;-)) and enjoy a lot being at the beach together.
In my spare time i´m reading and always planning the next journey.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left everything behind me at my home town to live on this beautiful island!

This year I will take the next step and leave everything behind me again to travel the world with my family!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love languages and teaching and i feel really fortunate to turn my passion into my job. Now I´m trying to share every day my knowledge with people the most fun and motivating way i can, especially with kids. If you want to know more about my job you can look at www.sprachwerkstatt.es

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be happy to practice german, spanish or english with whom is interested. I also could give some help in the kitchen or garden. And i love all kinds of animals, so no problem to walk your dog or feed the cat ;-)
And of course my own kids trained me well for babysitting!
