About Me

I'm a bit of an enigma! Passionate about spreading peace in the world and ending injustices.
A very independent elder who really never grew past being 20.
I love the land and sacred sound.
I am a life pilgrim exploring being a somewhat overweight, Healer; Writer, living in the moment and responding to inner guidance as to the next step.
I am generally kind, gentle; considerate, but can get a bit aeriated about injustices and inefficiency.
I love my own space; my own company, but also like to party; have fun especially with singing and live music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel a lot over the next few years; it seems an interesting way of meeting local people and really sharing some good times whilst doing it. On the increasingly rare times I am home, its nice to meet people; have them stay although I may have such a busy schedule that time to take you places may be a bit hard sometimes.
Couchservers who stay with me need to have their own car as I am pretty inaccessible to Exeter, Plymouth or the sea without a car and don't have much time for taxiing to Newton Abbot which is a half hour bus ride.
Accomodation is on a fairly comfortable floor mattress in my healing room.

Interests

Gongs, Tibetan / Crystal bowls, Sound healing, making music, especially irish Folk / Earth music. Fun festivals, Sitting round campfires with friends. Dartmoor. Writing my novel , or poetry.
I love the land, and the sea, beautiful rivers and gorgeous gardens...especially azaleas in May in the UK.
I like to swim most days at my local spa. Love to travel & meet people. Spend a lot of my time on a computer/ Facebook; like to watch things I've recorded from TV -strangely hospital or period dramas
