About Me
Hi !
I'm Gwen, from Brittany (:
I've been travelling the past year and I'm now at uni. This past year was so amazing and I met so many great people and went to those amazing places I thought I would never stop traveling, but real life caught me up (for now..)
I'm really easy going and quite spontanious I'd say. I enjoy to meet people all around the world. I'm a bit disorganized and I don't really plan things, so sometimes I find myself in ridiculous situations (but it's always funny afterwards).
I love to meet people and enjoy discovering them, so I get along with most of them (which is practical to travel, right.)
I've noticed that I should say I'm a vegetarian so even if I'm hosted and glad about it, this is something that will not change, I don't eat meat or fish (but I of course have no issues with people who do :) )
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I met some great persons doing so, that accepted to host me when I needed and I want to give it back !
Interests
I'm really fond of drama and arts in general. I enjoy being with people around music and a good conversation about everything as culture, travel, cinema, politics and I really like to talk with people and discover their personnality and how they live. I love martial arts, I've been practicing Taekwondo for 2 years, that's not a lot but I truly love it. I've been doing roller-derby too for a year and I enjoy to see roller-derby games but I'm quite terrible at it !

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm listening to everything, really, with a big love for Rockabilly music and Rock, country music, pop music but really any artist with a nice voice and real music instruments is fine (: .
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking a gap-year was so far one thing that allowed me to do hundreds of great experiences and the best thing I could do at this moment of my life.
Now learning arabic, which is a pretty big challenge too ^^.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can offer a couch (or two), a nice meal and of course my (fantastic) company.
You should note that since I'm a student, a nice meal often implies pesto and pasta though.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can bring my funny karma (my life litterally plays with me), my lame humour and I can provide beers and chocolate !
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland
