Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to host people, whenever my roommate isn't home. He has the only free couch available.

Interests

Visual arts, especially photography and video, even though I’m quite lazy photographer at the moment.

I find myself most relaxed while I’m in the outdoors, hiking, paddling or skiing. I also love to cook and sleep outside.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I listen mostly electronic music. I watch movies a lot, I love documentaries and old classics. Recently I’ve been reading about documentary film making and video art because of my studies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A one week skiing trip in Svalbard with only glaciers and mountains around. Also met a walrus a bit too close while paddling there…

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m good vegan cook and a decent general handyman with a honest DIY attitude. I’m always eager to learn more about the place I’m travelling, from a local person, not from a guide book. I can also show you some great places in Helsinki.

What I Can Share with Hosts
