Hello everyone , I am Amr Ali , I am from Egypt , I am here in couch surfering to help people from all over the world who come to Egypt , I don't care what are your  " thoughts ,nationality, age , gender ,religion, colour, Political affiliation,  to help you , just I help you because in my opinion we are all humans , I do this only to raise my humanity so I have been asked before from alot of couch surfers many questions so you can read them to help you and to get a general view about Egypt

1) can I stay with you Amr ?
Yes sure , my home is open anytime for anyone but please contact me before you come with a good period to be ready

2) where do you stay?
Actually I stay at very very traditional area is called faysal it's close to the pyramids ( just 20 minutes max) which very crowded with real Egyptians you will never come to this area without invitation from Egyptian one

3) can you consider this area is good ?
Mm in my opinion yes because this real Egypt if you stayed close to downtown it's similar to a lot of places in the world but this area you find in Egypt only.

4) And what about safety?
It's very safe area because it's very crowded and alot of shops are open 24 hours so in Egyptians culture if anyone has a problem and shouted he will find alot people with you so don't worry about that in addition to that the people here are poor but very kind

5) what can you provide for me ?
The main thing you must be sure that I will do my best to help you and make your trip enjoyable , the methods will be not constant but this the main

6) yes but I am also want to know ?
OK first I will give you the right to stay at my home and If I have time I will plan Avery good trip with you and help you from coming to from the airport to come Back to the airport

7) can you describe your home ?
Yes it's my flat and I have five beds in two rooms , there are of my close friends are staying with me and I have two beds and 3 couch , to be honest with you I am shy to offer a couch to my hosts so I give them the beds and I am getting the couch, I have a good bath room and kitchen

8) what can I use in your home ?
You can consider that is your home , use everything owned to me not owned my friends , you can also use the washing machine , also you can get the WIFI for free

9) can I cook food in your kitchen ?
Yes sure , feel freedom with me I am very friendly and open mind

10) what about the drinks?
OK , I believe that my host I must to give him everything and I must to offer him bed , food , drinks
Feel free to get coffee and tea or any food for the fridge for free

11) That's in your home and what about outside?
Actually I have a rule is ," AT MY HOME WE ARE BROTHERS, BUT OUTSIDE HOME WE DON'T KNOW EACH OTHER "

11) in your opinion how much can I have to enjoy in Cairo?
It depends, how many days you will spend but in normal I see that 120:150 Euros are very good

12) so can you give me general view and plan to the trip?
Yes sure , I have been to Europe so Egypt is completely different than it, it has advantages and disadvantages
The advantages are :
1- Egypt is very affordable for foreigners
2- Egypt has a lot of amazing monuments it's age before 4500 years like ( pyramids, sphinx, King Tut mask,.....)
3- Egyptian people are so kind and friendly
4- You can see and discover many things only in Egypt like amazing driving ....
5- Egyptian food are so tasty
6- The normal range in Egypt that's everything is open to 12 PM at least expect the historic places to 5 PM only
The disadvantages are :-
1- Cairo is very crowded and big so it's normal to take one or hours to go a place
2- the prices is different to the foreigners but don't worry it still affordable and also I will be with you
3- you need Egyptian one with you to lead you for everything and it's very difficult for you to can be dependant

13) what about the plan of the trip
OK if you come to Cairo , sure you must to visit the pyramids you can see my photos with the couch surfers while we had visited them
You must to visit the Egyptian museum exactly the king Tut mask ( amazing)
You can visit Islamic Cairo ( khan elkhalili, elhusien mosque , el moez Street )
You can make a tour on ship in the Nile ( two hours moving in the Nile with open dinner , pharonic dancing show , and enjoy the city from the top of the ship
You can visit the citadel- of salah eldin
You can visit the pharonic valley
You can have Egyptian food for breakfast flafel
For lunch many ( Koshari , kofta , shawerma, tarb , mlokhya........)
