Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the world and surround myself with people who share similar interests, goals and passions. Traveling with new people is risky but an excellent way to meet lifelong friends that are different from the friends you have here in your home town. I want to meet all kinds of different people with different stories to embark on many adventures with me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like (almost) all genres of music but key favorite is indie alternative.
I don't like watching movies as much as I do TV shows. Some of my favorites are American Horror Story, Greys Anatomy, New Girl, The Fosters, Pretty Little Liars
My favorite author is Khaled Hosseni. I like to read, especially books written by authors from different countries with completely different cultures (my favorite is reading about the Middle East)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am preparing to volunteer in an orphanage in Africa for 5 months.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've grown up in two different extreme parts of America, in the West, and in Southern United States, so am able to share my both my different American cultures and experiences. I love to cook traditional American food (& some not American) and I can share my love and respect for all people and do my best to serve those and show my sincere gratitude towards those who are willing to open up their homes to allow me to follow my dreams.
