I'm a study-abroad student living in France for the next few months. Since I'm here, I've decided I need to break out of my comfort zone. For me, that means traveling alone and talking to strangers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I only have a few months to live in Europe. I want to make the most out of my time here. Hopefully, along the way, I'll pick up a few new languages!

Interests

Exploring, music, snail-mail, and cooking.

I'm a vegan, so I've learned how to make meals and desserts that even my carnivorous friends appreciate.

I also love learning about languages. I'm currently studying French.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teaching English in Ecuador.
I stayed for a month, worked with some of the most amazing and motivated students that exist, and formed relationships with outstanding professors. To top it off, I now have an TESL certification.

I can help with anything English-langauge related!
I can also play the piano relatively well, if that interests you, and I can make a mean banana-nut muffin.

In general, I like to talk about linguistics, food, and big world events.
