I think that best way to knowing a person is meeting them. I don't like to be defined by labels, but I feel that a textual description of me wouldn't be, in it's essence, anything more. So let's make this silly and simple and I shall describe myself with actual lists of labels that I can currently identify with:

Human, curious, easy-going, student, programmer, sportsman, karateka, runner, logical, believer, lost in thought, dreamer, idealist, vegan, environmentalist, psychonaut, mathemathician, engineer, adaptive, discreet, modest.

Things in life that I value: Kindness, beauty of nature, wisdom, intellect, sense of humor, friends, precise work, enthusiasm, courage.

On the other hand, I can't stand abuse of power in any of it's many forms, carelessness towards nature and smoke-filled rooms. I suffer an allergy to television and advertisement. I do not enjoy drinking parties.

I am OK with children and pets. I am a cat person rather than a dog person, though. :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far, I don't have couchsurfing experience, but it seems like it's a great way to travel and make new friends and learn.

Interests

I enjoy sports of mostly any kind and I practice karate and often go jogging - I love distance running the most. I like dancing under the open sky.

I am very interested in lucid dreaming and dreamworld in general. In fact, I consider the possibility of being aware in our dreams to be one of the most intriguing things that I have learned about in my life. I enjoy trips in the nature and gardening. I like cooking and always enjoy a good (vegan) meal.
My more intelectual interestes include computer technology and science. I like reading books and learning new skills. I am the kind of person who actually does enjoy mathemathics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have any specific favorites, because I enjoy thinks I haven't known before the most. I like reading books that I can learn something from, usually more technical ones, but covering various topics. Sometimes I read novels as well. I like fantastic and surreal movies, for example I enjoyed everything of Terry Gilliam's work.

As for music, I listen to psychedelic music the most, the oldies as well as new electronic pieces.

I would like to write a book myself one day.
