I have tried it a few times and it is always a good experience to get to know locals and explore the city with some guidance. I am open minden and I like to experience other cultures by getting in touch with people in Budapets.

Music, Movies, and Books

I would not say I have favorite movies: from the old ones I like Back to the Future. I like action movies if I want to watch something easy. From those that make me think I prefer Lord of War, Inception.

From the books my favorite is the Bourne Identity trilogy from Robert Ludlum and The Tragedy of Man. The second one is a Hungarian play back from 1861 that is about the future of human kind and the meaning of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once and guided a group of 13 international students through Budapest to show them the historical sights of the city in detail.

Just got an idea in a Saturday morning to hitchhike to lake Balaton with one of my friends to enjoy the sunshine and the cooling water in the summer heat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to share my ideas and thoughts with others and ask their opinions on topics as at the end of the day people can learn the most out of letting ideas clashing.

A bit more directly about teaching: I like to help to my mates if they have some problems with assignments at uni. I have also been a teaching assistant at the Macroeconomics Department at my school. However I try to help them getting the core ideas rather than giving the ultimate solutions thus fostering learning processes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some interesting stories about hitchhiking, mountain biking and social processes of Hungary and stereotypical people in the nightlife of Budapest.

I can also give insights how it looks like to live in Hungary, what are the best spots and places to visit there (I really love that city). Interested in the historical significance of the city? I can help you with that. And who would not be interested in the best but not on "TripAdvisor map" local bars and clubs?
