I am girl that can deal with any situations. I have an open mind and I travelled to learn and experiment about life. I want to see and live incredible thing, but I also appreciate small thing that happens in life. I am searching for happiness and I want to improve myself. I am conscious of environment and I want to come back to my country and be proud of what I have done. I am sympatic girl, I love music, books, beautiful landscapes and vanilla coffee in the morning. I'd like to meet new people with differents languages and cultures. I want to learn and exchange with other travelers. I can cook, but I can guarantee that it will be really good, but I can try.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Principally, I confess, it's because it is a cheaper way to travel. But also, when I travel I think it is more interesting to soak the country, the culture whereof I visit. The best way I think, it's to meet the habitants, see where and how they live, what they eat, what they do and exchange about our differents customs. I want to meet new people and make relationship. Couchsurfing is like a network of people that are similar in a certain point because they all have the desire to meet new people from different place and this is a proof of a big heart and big generosity.

Interests

I really like music. This is my passion, I like classics like Franz Schubert, Mozart, Monteverdi, I also really love folk celtics medival music. Example: Faun (if you don't know this german band go watch this, it's really original), Loreena McKennitt Omnia, Glass Hammer and other bands in this type. I like progressive rock like Genesis, Pink Floyd or just Old rock like the Beatles and Queen. I am really open to discover new types of music. I recently started to love some bands of metal, so everything is possible with me. I also love Québec bands, it represents my language and my culture. My favourite instruments are the harp and the cello and sometimes the guitar. But the first two are my favourite because they have a magnificient tone. I am studying in a music program in college in classic sing. So I have a lots of music course and I have participate in some musical comedy and opera.

Enough about music, I have other interest particulary in litterature, I always have a book ongoing, I like words, some words are beautiful like in French I love the word Écume. I also have a curiosity of some kind of madness. Just a weak madness, just not to be normal. Just sayin stupid thing like we can look at sky and listen to the harmony. This is not making really sense, but it can do or not. It doesn't really care. I like to watch movies and series my favourite movie I think is Shutter Island and my series favourites are Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad.
I like nature. I can be hours in front of a beautiful landscape. I have interest in fauna and flora. I try to listen the birds and guess which of them it is. Same thing with trees and flowers. I am pro environnment. I do compost and recyle. I try to buy local and reduce my consommation of things and meat.
I have interest in politic, I am concerned by the fate of humanity and where is going the world.
I really like philosophy and exchange opinions about differents subjects. So if we meet we should not stop talking. I hope I'll have the chance to meet you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran a half-marathon (21km). This was an incredible thing. All the effort that i've done to reach that point for a girl that had difficulty to run a 3km a year before. Like what determination can do many thing.

I also did a yodel in costa rica and i jump with a Tarzan rope 140ft high. I like to feel adrenaline.

I did a trail to Amazonia in Peru in pick-up box during 4 hours. I have been to Macchu Pichu. I did things that I am proud. I don't want to stop that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach French, music and I can tell stories about a lot of thing, travel, anecdotes, etc. I can't stay in place. I always want to have a project in progress.

I want to learn anything, languages, recipes, habits of life, sports, I am open at everything. I Travel to learn.
