I am an Artist! Well, not an ''Artsy-Farsty'' type of Artist, I aim to be an artist who can actually make a living off of his art. More specifically, I want to be an Illustrator and Concept Artist and that's why I am currently taking private courses to learn more about this fabulous industry!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I am an Artist, I would like to travel the world as well! I want to be like one of my favorite artist, Noah Bradley, who used the teachings of the book ''4-Hour Workweek'' to be able to travel the world and work on his personal projects.
At the same time, I want to discover new places and people. I believe by meeting local people in areas I am visiting, I can learn valuables lessons about their culture and life through the eyes of someone else. I do admit that I am someone who is shy to that's why I want to get out of my comfort zone and get out there!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music but my knowledge of it is limited to the few songs on my phone :S
Although, I like comic books and movies a lot! My favorite comics are: Sillage, Invincible, Zoo, The Sandman, Saga, Fables, Les Lumières de l'Amalou, Blacksad, Peter Pan, Sky-Doll... and so much more!
My fav (normal) book of all-time is..... don't panic now!..... The Hitchhicker's Guide to Galaxy!
For my favorite movies are Back To the Future, The 5th Element, Star Wars, Castle in the Sky, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind and much more! I still can't choose!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My student short film has been presented at the Fantasia Internationnal Film Festival and at the Sommet du Cinéma d'Animation. So awesome!

We can learn Art together! I know that I want to be an Illustrator and Concept Artist but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in other forms of art!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Right now, I can't host anyone at my house since I still live with my parents while I'm studying but we can still hang out! Hit me up and I can show you around Montreal, there's a bunch of stuff we can do (especially during the summer!) and I know a couple of cool places we can go. If you are an art lover, awesome! There's a vibrant art community in Montreal and I can show it to you!
