About Me

My name is Theresa, I am 21 years old and currently living and studying in Munich.
I'd describe myself as an optimistic and spontaneous person almost always in a good mood. After finishing school I did a little worldtrip from November 2015 till April 2016. Traveling through Southeast Asia and Australia was by far the best time of my life because I got to know so many different persons, cultures and beautiful places. On top of that travelling is about being self-reliant and changing your point of view. By
getting out of your comfort zone you are forced to being openminded and build new
friendships and cope with daily challenges. Throwing yourself into a completely new and
exciting environment will help you to find out more about yourself. You find your
weaknesses but also new strengths. Therefore, I am supper happy to start a new chapter in August when I am gonna move to Sweden for half a year of studying abroad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just like to meet people all around the world to exchange experiences and drink a cup of coffee…
Right now I am studying Management & Technology at the Technical university of Munich and therefore, don't have a lot of time for traveling on my own. But I'll soon be off to new adventures in Sweden and I am super excited!

I went on exchange to Brazil in 2012 and was able to live with a super nice and caring family for two months. As they travelled all around the country with me i was able to visit several bigger cities and get an idea of how life works there.
