I'm a busy mom of 3 kids (who I happen to think are wonderful). Married for 17 years to my friend of 24 years, Peter. Have spent most of my life working with young children. I like to read, travel and be out of doors...camping, hiking, kayaking, Nordic skating in winter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was supposed to be meeting my sisters in Memphis and at the last minute they backed out. I can't afford to foot the bill for the entire apartment we were renting together so I'm hoping to find an inexpensive alternative. After looking at the site though I realized that since we live near the AP trail people might also be looking for a cheap cozy place up this way.
