I think it's a perfect way to to travel without losing too much money, especially very helpful for students and young people! But the most beautiful thing about it, is that you sleep, eat and are with people from an other country or culture. I always wanted to know a city or village from an other perspective and most of all the people who live their. We can learn things to each other or just talk about the culture, the habits, the environment etc. And it's always fun to have a great time with your hosts :)
