About Me

Dreamer, lovely, funny, enthousiastic, nice and kind... these are some of the adjectives people usually use to make reference to me haha

I'm open minded but GUYS.... I DON'T SEND NAKED PICTURES!! it's just humiliting, you are here just for that reason. If I send a hosting request it doesn't mean I would accept the "fine print" I mean I totally respect other's preferences and I ALWAYS read profiles I don't make "nudists" waste their time with me so please don't make me... It's the same respect principle.

I'm a language teacher .. I know, so sad hahaha but I like it and I'm now living in France because I'm a Spanish assistant so it means that even if I would love to host people I can't, Im too poor for renting a place so I live in the secretary's place. No way to bring someone else... What a shame! However I'm available for going out in Paris, grab some beers, give you a free tour (not even tips) help you out with the translation service, etc haha. And of course, whenever you go to Mexico (after may) I'll be totally glad to host you.

I have met so many nice people in here, people who became really good friends, I like to make them feel comfortable, to have good experiences and save some money. So just go to "What can I offer hosts" and you'll now what I mean :D

All of them were really special for me because they learned different versions of living and it's the cool thing about CS... (This is the moment when you go to : "Why I am on CS")

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I initially started because of a friend, he told me this was a good way to meet people from other countries and as I was very interested in that since I'm young (like really young , not like now :c I decided to try.

My very first time was in Guatemala and it was wonderful, then back in Mexico I hosted for the first time and I think it was the right moment when I though : This is soo cool.. I have hosted some people specially from Latin America, but then a guy from Turkey, I have been hosted in France, Germany and I hope that not to be the end...

Interests

I like languages and people, I like sharing culture, history, political points of view, society problems but I'm not into that which makes it sound a little Snob but it's just that If I know something I share it and if I don't, I learn... easy but don't worry I also have many common conversations... because I'm like that... simple.

I love cats, I love dogs, I don't love worms... so if you guys have a pet worm refuse my requests. LOL I'm not vegetarian but I absolutely respect that in your place, the same as not smoking, drinking, public disturbs, etc. I mean, this is important to say even if it's part of the rules.

Music, Movies, and Books

I would have to say I'm a little fossilized music listener in a way because I listen the same music I used to do when I was in the junior high school : Audioslave, oasis, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blink 182, Blur, The Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana.
Going to Florence + the Machine, The Killers, Coldplay, Amy Winehouse..and passing by somekind of "Indie" but still mainstream music hahaha.

I love piano music <3 Oh là là là là ....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snorkeling... Whale watching, swimming into a secret beach in Mexico, riding a bike for an hour in an island and then pedaling as hell so I didn't have to pay another hour of renting haha

I was going to a town in the surrounding area of Atitlán lake, I met a Moroccan girl on the boat, she invited me to go to a festival in the middle of the woods where she was playing and performing. It was a super hippie festival LOL I met so fucking amazing people, we sang around a fire with a great view of the lake and the volcano and a tremor saying... people it's me... the earth... <3

Teach, Learn, Share

I could help you out with Spanish or English and as I am still in the struggle of improving my French I would love to learn a little bit more from you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

This is as easy as: YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE
And it's not expecting to get all what I offer back (food, drinks, rides, bus tickets, etc) but what I make people feel when they are at my place and even if this can't happen it's always cool to share a good book, a film, an interesting talk, an exchange of ideas, thoughts...
