About Me

I lived all my life in Bolivia and I come from a descent family.

Thats right!!! I'm from Bolivia!! a really amazing country, you probably heard of Lake Titicaca or the Uyuni salt flats, wonderful places to visit. And my city is called Cochabamaba, right in the center of Bolivia so it's easy to go everywhere.

This last 3 years I've been working and NOW!! luckily I've won a scholarship so currently I'm living in France, on a small town named Tours about 2 - 3 hours from Paris by train. I'm doing a master in Electronic and Mechanical Engineering in the University Francois Rabelais and thankfully they are teaching me French, hope I learn it fast.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel!!!

So now that I'm in this part of the world would like to visit as much as I can, but like many students I don't have too much money, so some friends advised me to try couchsurfing, to save money on accommodation issues and that is very interesting to meet people from other countries, because they have a different culture and life style.

I would like to host people in the future but for the moment I want to see how the couchsurfing works.

Interests

Im really into sports, like to swim, play and watch football (wish to go to a champions league match some day), I was doing pilates in my country and did a lot of trekking with my friends in Bolivia, we have a lot of cool places there.

I like to watch rugby, tennis, the aquatics and gymnastics events from the Olympics.

I'm also interested in music and used to play drums, just as a hobby, but like here all the concerts are available I'm going to my favourite bands shows.

Music, Movies, and Books

With music, I like everything that sounds good to me, so i really don't mind the genre, but between my favourites are metalcore, deathcore and, I know it sounds weird but, I like the Bolivian folkloric music.

Movies, I love to watch them (with popcorn obviously), mostly enjoy the action and senseless ones like Pacific Rim or World War Z, but my favourites because I never get tired of watch them: Forest Gump, Armageddon, Catch me if you can and Home Alone (with Mackulay Coulkin). I begin to watch the old movies like Psycho, 2001 Space Odyssey, Clock work Orange, Casablanca, Modern Times and others.

About books I only read the Harry Potter saga, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, and I'm on the 5th book of a song of Ice and Fire (yeah! I love Game of Thrones).
