I’m a backpacker traveler and pastry chef! I was born in a small island in Italy, and I grew up there. I've been travelling around 37 countries in 5 continents and I still can’t have enough!

Couchsurfing is incredible, it gives everyone the opportunity to how many good people there are everywhere, I’m sure the world is better than the news say!
I'm happy to see that each person has a different story, personality and background. I think that no one can be totally bad at the end.
Also, you get the possibility to see places that only a local can know, and avoid the touristic spots.
For example, I wouldn't have tried the "best" fried insects in Hanoi, if my host didn't show me that restaurant! Eating disgusting insects is not the best memory that I have about couchsurfing, but it's the only thing I thought in this moment!

I always cry when watching dramatic movies!
I also watched tv-series like La casa de Papel, Breaking Bad, Death Note, Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Grey's Anatomy, Skins, Scrubs...But they take too much time and they make me feel bad for losing all that time in front of a screen, so I never finished most of them!
I love reading novels and comics, and as I always travel with a backpack and I can’t buy stuff, the first thing I do everywhere I go is registering at the public library, I guess I have library cards from maybe 10 countries!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Leaving in a small tend for 4 months in Australia, eating, drinking and laughing watching the stars sitting around a fire with backpackers from all the world!
- Finding few wild turtles and swimming with them in the Indian Ocean, in Indonesia, and almost getting bitten from one trying to touch them.
- Hitchhiking all the way from Romania to Italy, on my own
- Sleeping under the stars in the Sahara desert, just me, my Moroccan host and his camel
- driving a car in Delhi and crashing a traditional Indian wedding with the same, crazy host!
- After finding out that my flight from Mumbai to Italy was cancelled, and my Indian visa was going to expire the day after, I randomly bought one plane ticket to Dubai the morning for the afternoon just because it was cheap! Then I found job in Dubai and I stayed there for 6 months 😂

How to laugh in front of the problems, I can teach some Italian, some Italian recipes and sweets, tell you about the places where I've been and that rich doesn't mean happy, even more than what we need could be contained in a backpack!
