About Me
Hi Coachsurfers! My name is Agustín. I consider myself a really nice, proactive and funny person. My friends consider me as a people person . They use to spend lots of time at my house (my family is also really warm).
Life has given me the oportunity of traveling a lot, geting to know and feel different cultures alround the world. I am currently living in New Zealand, where I consider my totally independent life started. As some of you probably now, this country is designed to travel by car and sleep one day in a beach, another in a forest or next to a higway, allowing you to share with backpacker that are in the same situation as you.
I started using Couchsurfing to travel around Europe, back in 2016 when I went studying in France in an Erasmus program. I didn´t used it a lot after, but the few amazing experiences I had with my travel mate, Aldana, are memorable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
After New Zealand, I will start exploring Indonesia, and I find this community perfect to share with locals.
Interests
My greatest interest is cooking. Exploring a market in every town I go, allows me to meet the local producers, seeing what peopIe really eats in each country. I enjoy the fact of producing a sensation, a smile or a carachteristic gesture in my friends when they eat what I prepare. It´s kind of like a culinary orgasm that I have discovered in some of them haha.
Hiking, biking, are in on the top of my list. Swimming as well (no matter how cold is the water!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swimming into the sea, at night, really far from the beach at Mancora, Peru.
Being "adopted" by a really nice family in Bordeaux for one day with a friend of mine.
Teach, Learn, Share
I consider myself really openminded to learn and share with others.
I can teach how too cook (it´s my best skill)
I can share my knowledge about plants, it´s what I study and I do my best when someone ask me something about their garden, their fruit trees...
All along my travels, I have lived with people from different countries and I like to discuss and share about languages. It is amazing how there is a paralelism between the roots of languages and how an swedish and a german can have similar sayings, just as a latinamerican with an italian, etc!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hiking, deep chating, nice moments, to going out for some drinks, cultural activities... and I insist I cook very very well
