Did you know most crabs are actually grey? They turn red only when cooked thanks to the heat... (Ok don't tell me I am the only one who didn't know...)

Just to say that some things you didn't know sounds basic and logical to others, travelling helped me learn things from the most intelligent to the dummest , either way, it can still make a good laugh!! :-D

Except from that, I do love cooking and i believe i can make really descent dishes from many places (thanks to living abroad, passion and mixing skills) so just ask and i could teach you some :-)
