About Me

It's always hard for me to describe myself, but I'll give it a try.

I'm a young guy willing to travel and to know as much as possible. There is nothing I'm not interested about ( I think) but I especially like art and nature. Mountains and sea delight me.

I'm very open minded and chatty, but well, even if holding my tongue can be tedious sometimes I enjoy quiet places and situations as well.

I think I should mention I'm vegetarian. I have no problem with others eating meat or fish, it's just I rather not eat it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet people, hear their stories, know about the world, and travel. Couchsurfing offers all of this. It's a great idea.

Music, Movies, and Books

About Music: Soul, rock, several kinds of metal, classical, punk, folk, ethnic music... I used to play piano but I'm not very good at it.

Movies: My favourite one is Dersu Uzala, but oh, I know every single detail from The Lord of the Rings! Hachiko Monogatari or Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain are very much of my taste and almost all Studio Ghibli's films. Hook, Indiana Jones and several Disney ones... For sure there are more I like a lot but I cannot remember them right now.

Books: Wolf Totem is my favourite one by now. I've read almost everything from JRR Tolkien (and some of his son too) Alaska, Scenes of the Bohemian life, Niebla, Ham on Rye and some other works by Bukoski, and well, I've got to admit it: I'm hooked on Song of Fire and Ice. In general I'm more into fantasy than anything, but I like reading in general so any recommendation is welcomed!
