About Me

Hello, my name is Andy, I'm mexican and I'm 22 years old.

I'm a very easy going guy, I'm an actor, filmmaker, photographer and now I'm training to be a clown. I like to cook (and I'm good, with mexican food), I also like singing, meeting people and their ideas about live and love.

Right now I'm doing my first Eurotrip and I'm also doing a diary with recipes from the places that I've been, so if you have any good recipe from the traditional food of your country, please show me because I would loved to learn it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like to travel and learn and sense the way people live in their places, I'm also very interested in the food of every country and I think that this is a very good way to get true traditional recipes from all over the world, and because is my first Eurotrip and I would like to learn more about the places from their people than just go on a tourist guide.

Interests

Know different people, I like to read, walk, listen to music, learn about new ideas and new ways of seeing life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music, depends on my mood. Right now I'm more into James Blake, Mount Kimbie, Chet Faker, and all that style, but also Joy Division, The Smiths, Julian Casablancas... I love to listen and singing classic rock in spanish like Soda Stereo, Héroes del Silencio, Caifanes and many more.

From movies I've a lot of favourites, but I'm going to write a few of them:

"The Kid" Charles Chaplin, 1921
"Il pugni in tasca" Marco Bellocchio, 1965
"Le genou de Claire" Éric Rohmer, 1970
"A Woman Under the Influence", John Cassavetes, 1974
"Black Moon" Louis Malle, 1975
"À nos amours" Maurice Pialat, 1984
"Two-Legged Horse" Samira Makhmalbaf, 2008

And many many others, but those are in my top list.

And from books, I love to read novels, drama plays and acting tips also, autobiographies, sometimes things with fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Help people when they need me.
Trying to know myself very well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to speak some spanish, cook mexican food, some acting exercises and things about photography.

I would like to learn many other languages, ways of life, about philosophy and visions about love; I would love to learn how to cook your favourite traditional dish.

We can share good moments, talk about art, performance, books, life, love, places, cultures, and many other things; share some meal and beers.

What I Can Share with Hosts
