About Me

Hi!
I'm a french national originally from around Paris. I have been studying in Sheffield (UK) for the past 3 years and I love to travel around and meet new people. Recently I've visited Ireland and Scotland and I've been to Wales and around England hips times.
I love nature, hiking and finding a good spot to read a book, having a few beers at the local pub and meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I didn't know this app before and a friend recommended it to me. I've used it a few times now on my travels and hosted a few people too and i love it! Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really open regarding music. I believe my favourite genres are Ska/Reggae/trip-hop but I also really like indie, rock, hip-hop, afrobeat, brasilian disco, house, techno, trance, classic piano and guitare... the list is not exhaustive.
I also play bass guitar, ukulele and I play the serdu in the uni of sheffield samba band! :)
One of my favorite book is Ubik from Phillip K. Dick, also 1984 from G. Orwell.. I quite like sci-fi. Otherwise my favourite classic french author is Camus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchiked last summer in Switzerland, France and Italy with a couple of friends and I met the loveliest people. We were struggling at night with our heavy bags to get to the nearest camping site which was 5-6km away and a couple picked us up and offered us to stay at their place. They had a massive property in the forest but were not allowed to build a house on it so instead they had a Tipi and an outdoor kitchen and shower. It was amazing! Very simple and in a beautiful place (the Verdon).
Meet me if you wanna share some good stories :)
