Overview
About Me
I am a 23 year old from southern California, studying medicine in Warsaw. I am in constant search of an adventure and enjoy exploring, or learning about people, places, and things. I consider myself honest and caring, though, so please know that if you do invite me into your home, I will treat it as it were my own. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I originally joined couchsurfing to save a little money on a trip across europe. From February through March I visited multiple medical schools in Europe. My logic was that since I will be spending 6 or more years in the city of my medical school, I want to be sure I fall in love with both the university and the city! The location of my undergraduate university was boring and uneventful. I wanted to explore the cities I travel to and know that it can offer me a myriad of future adventures. I like experiencing any place I travel to like a local. Sure I like seeing what everyone "has" to see, but I enjoy receiving the perspective of the local and see the true colors of the city.
And now after my experience with couchsurfing, whenever I am traveling, you can rest assure that I am couchsurfing as well! Meet new people, seeing new and different things, experiencing the culture, those are all things couchsurfing allows you to do in an amazingly unique way, and I love it!
Interests
I LOVE food! I only workout so I can eat more delicious food! I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, cycling, pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors I enjoy. I enjoy playing Sudoku, reading, and listening to music (ha even country music!). I enjoy (attempting to) learn new languages and learning about different cultures. I also enjoy people watching. Lastly, I enjoy discussing life and philosophy in general. Most importantly, I enjoy a good laugh. In addition to that I have been known to be quite sarcastic, so I suppose I enjoy that too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It is hard just to choose one, but for me, graduating college feels pretty amazing. It was not so much college itself, but rather it was the experience, or journey; a few years of trying to find myself and the direction I want to guide myself in the "here and now." College taught me how to better enjoy life!
...and now I have finished a 2 month long journey through Europe!!! I couchsurfed from Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern Europe!! The experience was truly unforgettable and has made me a true believer of couchsurfing :) So many amazing people in so many different places!
