About Me

All the time with my glasses and my beard, I like to face new things:
Sports: climbing, abseiling, karting...
Travelling: one day, one week, few months...
Couchsurfing, hostels, tents...
By bike, car, bus, plane, feet...

I was doing my spring semester of study in Incheon (Korea) till June 2017. Then I volunteered through Workaway in Taiwan in July 2017.
Now I'm in Andalucia for another workaway experience in order to learn Spanish (since november 2017 till june 2018)! :)
I am actually volunteering in a primary school near Córdoba and helping the kids with English and French.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One teacher said once to me: "When you taste the journey, you are contaminated!"
The desire to travel in the world, to discover cultures of the most surprising, to witness unexpected events, to simply be an actor … These are all the things that drove me on Couchsurfing!
Plus, I know you can help me to quench this thirst of adventure!

Interests

Try typical foods from every countries! Salted, sweet, everything which is eatable!!
Football: playing or watching; talking or debating, enjoying or crying! This sport give me a lot of emotions.
Roller coaster parks: damn, the sensations you can have...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One full week in the mountain of Velebit (Croatia) in the summer 2015.
Hiking, climbing, joking, abseiling, bivaking, cooking...
8 people - 8 different nationalities

I would say this is one of the best experiences I’ve done so far. No phones or other electronic derivatives, you live connected with the nature. Physically, you give everything you can, you realize that everything is simple in everyday life and finally, just have the need to live (water, food, clothes, friends) is sufficient. You sleep under the stars, you face storms and try to save your clothes from an unexpected swim. This week is a total improvisation and maybe that's why I enjoyed it so much. The program allows for in-depth work on self and our personality, to highlight certain qualities that you would not be aware to have. This is a week that I really would like to live one more time in my life as it was full of discoveries.

I also loved my solo trip in Taiwan during a month where I worked in a farm, discovered so much kindness and love!! I did some hitchhiking, some cycling, some hiking, well this island is just breathtaking...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can make crêpes! (I am actually proud of that)
Sometimes, I can even flip them! It actually depends on certain weather conditions. (obviously)
Of course, I would love to share some beautiful French lyrics, expressions, pick up lines (But no guarantee that it is working...)
And sharing my experience as a volunteer would be a pleasure!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Humor: Laughing is a medicine. If you laugh, you are relaxed, then probably happy, so am I!
Some stories: Not as magic as Harry Potter, but as interesting as our world is.
French culture: I don't really have this knowledge (as the stereoptype of a French person can have that is to say about wine and cheese!)
But I know some places where to go in France which will give you the best image of my country! No kidding

Countries I’ve Visited

Countries I’ve Lived In
