ABOUT ME

I've been a high school teacher for kids with special needs for the last 7 years. I really love my job, even if it's not always easy.

I read A LOT, and some people would say I'm addicted to tv... But I think I manage to keep things well balanced. I’m a creative gal and I’m into cardmaking and calligraphy. I also write, sometimes and I'm always willing to discover new foods.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been hosted once before and I’m hoping to be hosted again in the near future. I’ve never hosted but my boyfriend has a bunch of times and I’m eager to welcome couch surfers to our home.

J'ai été accueillie une fois jusqu'à maintenant et j'espère bien revivre l'expérience bientôt. Je n'ai jamais accueilli à partir du site, mais mon copain oui, et j'ai hâte que des couchsurfers viennent chez nous!

One! In Nashville and it was great!!! I have also hosted friends from France in the past, just not through this site.

兴趣

I'm very curious, so my interests are very diverse. I love learning, and almost every year you'll find me taking a class or another. Books and travel are a high priority and I also love theater and musicals. I've been in a few amateur ones, too.

Family is very important to me.

I have way too many favourite books, but here are a few that come to mind:
Pride and Prejudice, The Name of the Wind, The Neverending Story, La gloire de mon père, Le cycle des fourmis...

I really like folk and country music, call me crazy! I also like to listen to talk-radio (nothing trashy!) and good podcasts.

My favourite movies are L'auberge espagnole, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, La guerre des tuques and Forrest Gump.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I left, on my own, to travel and work in Australia for 6 months. And I've been on stage in four different amateur shows. Go me!

I can teach you French and English, and how to do some awesome brush lettering ;) Also, if anyone ever wants to learn how to knit...

I'd like to learn other languages, how to dance salsa, and how to cook typical meal from other countries.
