To talk about oneself isn't always easy. In recent years I've been teaching English for a living, but in the past I did many different things, including driving a yellow cab in NYC and making visual art. I immensely enjoy traveling, love animals of all sorts and nature, which unfortunately and I'm not getting enough of. I constantly long for it and love hiking in places where there are few people. I am always attracted to learning new things and reading new books. A non-smoker vegetarian, I like to think of myself as person with a good sense of humor, but since most people probably think that of themselves ... I am not so certain ;). Arrogance, senseless noise, wasting things make me uncomfortable. I think that kindness and compassion are universally important. In the right environment and company I quite enjoy a beer or a glass of wine and a genuine exchange of ideas and experience.
