Hi, I am a backpacker writing for Man, a Thai born in Koh Lanta.

He has seen this beautiful island before the touristic influence. He is trying to host travellers, backpackers like local people do, with kindness and attention.

He is very happy to share the local culture and he wants to learn from you.
His place is on the east side of the island, far away from tourist hotels. You can stay here for much cheaper and eat some really good food! He has got 7 bungalows, 3 with shared bathroom and 4 with private bathroom.
He also has space if you would like to come camping for a cheap, fair price. Or you can buy a hammock not far, and sleep under he stars.

This place is not free but much cheaper than the other private places. Man is also always looking for help around the place, is you have any special skills you would like to offer. He will be very generous with you.
