Reading: I deem this one of the best forms of escapism. By words alone, one creates people, lands,emotion. I favor the classics and modern classics.

Writing: This is therapeutic for me. The art of writing is no different than a painting or the creation of music.

Working Out: This is also therapeutic for me and also good for the health.

Studying Languages: Fun and interesting! Allows one to communicate with people in their native tongue and not your own.
